Data Deletion Request for Voice of Al-Aqib

This page explains how users of the Voice of Al-Aqib mobile application, website, and related services can request deletion of their account and personal data.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account or personal data, email us at andriod.interactive@gmail.com with the subject line Voice of Al-Aqib Data Deletion Request, or submit the contact form with Data Deletion selected.

Please include the following information so we can identify your account or records:

• Your full name, if you provided one to the Service.
• The email address or account identifier associated with your account or subscription.
• Whether your request relates to the mobile app, website, newsletter subscription, comments, or all services.
• A short confirmation that you want your account and/or personal data deleted.

What We Delete

After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account where applicable, including:

• Account profile information, such as name and email address.
• Newsletter or subscription records associated with your email address.
• User-generated content or comments where deletion is required or appropriate.
• Support messages or contact records that are no longer needed.

Data We May Retain

Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, including records needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, or enforcement of our Terms and Conditions. Where possible, retained information will be minimized, restricted, or anonymized.

Aggregated or anonymized information that no longer identifies you may be retained for analytics, reporting, and service improvement.

Processing Time

We will review and respond to deletion requests within a reasonable period, usually within 30 days of receiving enough information to verify and process the request. If additional time is required, we will notify you where required by applicable law.

Uninstalling the App

Uninstalling the mobile application stops future app-based collection from that device, but it does not automatically delete personal data that was previously transmitted to us. To delete previously collected data, please submit a deletion request using the instructions on this page.
